A Note from Victoria - Assistant Director

Our Assistant Director/Educational Leader, Victoria has been part of the Jigsaw family since 2016. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Education (Teaching) in Early Childhood and has worked in the Early Childhood field for over 20 years in both New Zealand and Australia.

“Since moving from New Zealand in November 2016, I found it hard to settle in Melbourne because I missed my home country. However, after starting a job with Jigsaw in April 2016, I quickly found a sense of purpose through teaching and felt a sense of belonging both at work and in Melbourne, which now feels like my home away from home. At Jigsaw, we strive to make our educators feel loved, respected, and secure. Our management team believes it's important for educators to experience these feelings themselves so they can effectively teach them to children and enhance their own self- worth.”
